Saan Technology ("we," "our," or "us") operates the ShaafiTole mobile application. ShaafiTole is a tailor management system designed to help local businesses manage orders, measurements, and customer data.

• Personal Information: When you register for a business account, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and business name.
• Customer Data: As a business owner, you may input your customers' names, phone numbers, and tailoring measurements into the app. You are responsible for obtaining their consent to store this data.
• Usage Data: We may collect basic diagnostic data (such as app crash logs) to improve the app's performance.

3. Payment Information

ShaafiTole does not process payments natively within the app. All subscription fees or service charges are paid offline or externally through local mobile money providers, specifically Hormuud (EVC Plus). We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers or bank account details.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your business account.
• To allow you to log in and use the app's features securely.
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

Third-Party Services: We may use third-party service providers to facilitate our application, such as email delivery services (e.g., ZeptoMail for sending OTPs) or hosting servers. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

6. Data Security

We use standard security measures to protect your personal information and the customer data you store within the app. However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

• In-App Deletion: You can delete your account directly within the ShaafiTole app by navigating to Settings > Profile > Delete Account.
• Web/Email Request: Alternatively, you can request account and data deletion by contacting us at info@saantech.so.

Once your account is deleted, all associated personal and customer data will be permanently removed from our active databases.

8. Children's Privacy

ShaafiTole is a business-to-business (B2B) application and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers.
